XL2015 Laser by PIKIS LASER TECHNOLOGIES is the best solution in the plastic and wood cutting field without any serious competition due to its outstanding price and capabilities.
The new XL2015 CNC cutting machine is equipped with a very powerful Laser Source PLS250 /250 W. Suitable for cutting up to 30 mm acrylic and 15 mm wood with a unique quality and cutting speed with Standard Autofocus function.
The support table of XL2015 is constructed of aluminium honeycomb which facilitates cutting of very small objects and easy scrap collection.
The machine is equipped with a very powerful and well constructed fume exhaust system which comes with a very efficient active carbon filter.
The XLSeries embodies the latest progress in the Laser Gantry CNC cutting machine construction.
The standard equipment includes DPC (Dynamic Power Control) System.
DPC keeps the power to speed ratio constant in real time, so that cutting quality remains stable and independent of cutting speed variations.
Optionally we offer our machines with the following systems:
- PMS (Plasma Monitoring System) which eliminates plasma formation during cutting.
- FPS (Fast Piercing System). This is a system which monitors the piercing phase and, when this is completed, it updates the CNC to continue with the cutting.
This way we gain substantial piercing time, especially in the medium and large widths
